Welcome to Our Blog
This website is borne out of my passion for music. Have we met anyone who doesn't like music ? I believe , no. My first memories of music which I liked are from the time when I was 8 or 9 years old. Jagjit Singh was a big hit then. Another ghazal singer doing the rounds was Ghulam Ali. It was surreal to listen to him again ten years back in Hyderabad.
my first concert
When I was 10 years old I had the opportunity to listen to Pandit Kumar Gandharva. We spent quite a few years in Dewas, his hometown. His bungalow was at a beautiful location , right below the hillock , where up a 1/2 km walk there is a famous temple of Goddess Chamunda.

endless creativity and entertainment
At that time I couldn't appreciate what he was singing. However there was always a curiosity when I listened to Indian Classical music. I was more and more intrigued and am today as well, as to kind of creativity which is there and which is asked for from any student of Indian Classical music. Unlike western music which is played to score, or filimi music which needs to reproduced verbatime. Indian classical music can provide us a medium to entertain ourselves endless lost into our creativity.
